What a great celebration!Our Student Leadership Group pulled together, reached out for help from our school community, and pulled off an excellent Twelve Days of Holidays. senior years assessment period scheduleA draft of the semester ending assessment schedule is below. Based on feedback from teachers, we will only be having "exams" in specific Grade 11 & 12 courses. Other classes may have semester ending assessments, but they will not be a formal exam. Please take a look at the schedule below and provide any feedback to your subject area teacher or to Mr. Watson. The play, A Brief Christmas Carol, and poem, ’Twas the Night Before Christmas, were recorded last week. Thanks to Bigway Foods, Brandt Trucking, and the McDougall family for generously donating some money so the fishing club could buy some initial equipment for students to use and practice with. Thank you to Lee at Selkirk Smoke n Fish who was eager to help out, and sold the gear at a very fair price, and also donated some extra appliances as well! The club is now equipped with 15 ice fishing rod & reel combos, 2 filleting knives, 40 jigs, fishing line, and some extra gear to be given away as prizes. If you are still considering making a financial donation, that would be greatly appreciated. welding students get in the holiday spirit!The Grade 10 welding students made Christmas decorations as part of their GMAW unit and the quality of their work was judged by Ms. Denny and Ms. Crystal. Congratulations to Drayston for making a very nice tree and to Jonathon for having the best reindeer.
